Mitsubishi Corporation LT, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Our Company”) considers it to be Our Company’s social responsibility to protect any information by which an individual customer can be specified or identified (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”). With the rapid development of networking/digitization of computers in recent years, it has become possible to store, accumulate, and analyze a large amount of Personal Information and, therefore, risks of infringements on the privacy of individual customers and social demand for Personal Information, are increasing.

Our Company will establish a personal information protection system in line with JIS Q 15001 and, under this management system, properly manage any Personal Information commissioned by customers as well as Personal Information obtained by Our Company.

Our Company hereby establishes a privacy policy and promises to properly obtain, store, manage, and use Personal Information.

Our Company will give the person responsible for the management of Personal Information at each department the additional responsibility of protecting Personal Information, and endeavor to ensure the proper treatment of Personal Information, not only by Our Company, but also by our subcontractors.

Our Company will limit its acquisition of Personal Information to the necessary scope, including employment, personnel affairs, employee benefits operations, document custody service, rental storage unit service, and commissioned business, and acquire Personal Information by any appropriate means. Our Company will also make clear to the subject person the purposes for the acquisition and use of Personal Information, along with the appropriate contact office.

Our Company will not use or provide Personal Information beyond the scope of use and provision agreed by the person involved at the time of the acquisition of the Personal Information in question.

Our Company will take measures not to use or provide Personal Information beyond the scope of use and provision agreed by the person involved at the time of the acquisition of the Personal Information in question.

Our Company will endeavor to prevent Personal Information from being disclosed, lost, or damaged, and take reasonable safety and corrective measures.

When receiving requests for disclosure, correction, change of the scope of provision, or deletion of Personal Information, or complaints or consultations concerning the use of Personal Information from the person involved, Our Company will promptly respond to such requests to a reasonable extent.

Our Company will comply with laws and regulations, guidelines established by the government, and other rules that apply to Personal Information and, through continued reviews of the system, promote the improvement of the Personal Information protection management system.
